Galaxy buds3 pro: audio goes more to the left bud

Is anyone else having audio issues with the new Buds 3 Pro? Every time I pause and play, the audio goes more to the left bud. I have to put both earbuds in the case and then take them out to put the sound back to normal.

Yes every time I use them it says they're available but then has a beeping loud sound in one of my ears😮

no issues so far with my Buds3 Pro...even after accidentally knocking one out of my ear.

If this does not help, the earbuds will need to be serviced.
