      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The right ear bud gets distorted, creating shrieking, crackle and popping noises, to the point that it hurts my ear. Is there a way that I can permanently fix the ear bud? I purchased the air buds during the Black Friday sale.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Defective. Call Samsung care tech support. I had a similar issue. Due to inventory issues I ended up with a full refund about 3 weeks ago. I pre-order mine in July.</description>

      <description>Thanks I will definitely give them a call.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;A full refund is good, but I'd rather a pair of Bud 3 pro that worked properly.</description>
