&lt;P dir="auto" style="margin: 0;"&gt;Make sure the phone, earbuds, and all apps are fully updated.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P dir="auto" style="margin: 0;"&gt;Just for reference, we will post a link to using the Active Noise Canceling for blocking the background noises. &lt;A href="https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS10001322/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"&gt;https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS10001322/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P dir="auto" style="margin: 0;"&gt;We also recommend checking the fit of the earbuds.
