Is there any record available of your contact with Samsung support or your visit to uBreakIfix? This would prove that you had attempted to get the problem resolved during the warranty. It's not your fault that uBreakIfix or Samsung's store couldn't solve your problem in a timely manner.

Recently I noticed that the case for my galaxy bud 3 pro is not charging.
The earbuds are fine though.

I have tried wireless charging as well as wired charging, but none seems to work.

This started on the 11th month after purchasing the device.

I contacted the support, to which they asked me to do a walk in service in the nearby authorized store.

I did go to uBreakIfix but they said they don't do wearables and I need to go to Samsung official store, which is not close to me at all.

And now the buds are officially out of warranty timeline.

Has anyone else faced the same issue?

Any suggestions on what can I do?
