      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi everyone,I received my Galaxy Buds 4 Pro yesterday. I upgraded from the Buds 2 Pro specifically because I had constant issues with Samsung's Seamless Connection between my S25 Ultra and my Galaxy Book 4. I was hoping the new hardware would solve it, but unfortunately, the problem persists. I cannot get them to switch automatically at all.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here is a detailed breakdown of what I’ve done so far:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Phone Connection (S25 Ultra): I connected the Buds via Bluetooth without issues. In Settings &amp;gt; Connected Devices &amp;gt; Buds Auto Switch, the headphones appear under "Connect Buds to this smartphone" with the toggle turned ON.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Screenshot_20260312_090749_Settings (1).jpg" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/1324449iCAA7A4F71408D77A/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="Screenshot_20260312_090749_Settings (1).jpg" alt="Screenshot_20260312_090749_Settings (1).jpg" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also enabled "Auto Switch" within the Galaxy Buds 4 Pro &amp;gt; Connections settings.Samsung Account:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2.Under Settings &amp;gt; Samsung Account &amp;gt; Devices, the Buds 4 Pro are listed under "Registered Devices," but not under "Connected Devices". (I'm not sure if this is normal).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Screenshot_20260312_090819_Samsung account.jpg" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/1324450i93C31BD801E95FEE/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="Screenshot_20260312_090819_Samsung account.jpg" alt="Screenshot_20260312_090819_Samsung account.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"(&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":warning:"&gt;⚠️&lt;/span&gt;At this point I'm moving over to the Book; please excuse the lack of images, I don't have the Book with me right now!&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":folded_hands:"&gt;🙏&lt;/span&gt;)"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. I paired the Buds to the laptop via Bluetooth. To avoid interference, I turned off the phone's Bluetooth during this process. I used pairing mode (button on the back of the case) and accepted the Windows notification. Initially, it found one earbud, then a second notification appeared for the other, but they eventually showed up as a single unit: "Galaxy Buds 4 Pro".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4. In the Samsung Settings app (part of the Samsung Suite), the Buds 4 Pro appear as "Paired" under the Connections section, but they are not connected. If I click to connect, it attempts to but keeps failing.In the laptop's Settings &amp;gt; Connected Devices &amp;gt; Buds Auto Switch, the section "Connect Buds to this computer" says "No Buds connected to this computer".Note: This is happening even though the Buds are technically connected to the Galaxy Book via standard Bluetooth, as I can hear YouTube audio perfectly fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5. I downloaded the dedicated app and managed to connect them there. I enabled "Buds Auto Switch" in the app settings, but the SAMSUNG system settings still show nothing connected under the Auto Switch menu.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Something i forgot to mention it also keep giving me a notifcation saying "you need to install NET Desktop Runtime to utilise galaxy connect". I installed NET Desktop Runtime from windows guide online but is still gives the error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Troubleshooting already attempted:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Reset the Galaxy Book (keeping personal data).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Unpaired and reconnected all devices multiple times.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also verified that my brother’s Buds 3 FE work perfectly with his S24 Ultra and Book 4—the switch is truly seamless for him&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;.I really like the product and would hate to return it, but the ecosystem integration was my main reason for the purchase.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anyone know how to fix this?Thanks in advance!&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":folded_hands:"&gt;🙏&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;#seamlessconnect#galaxybook4#galaxybuds4pro#s25ultra#autoswitch&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I tried every possible fix, but nothing worked. So I guess it's a waiting game.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;** Possible Solution **&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just received my new Buds4 Pro yesterday and was having the same problem getting the Auto switch to work properly between my S25+ phone (One UI 8.0) and Book5 Pro laptop (Windows 11). Despite being logged into my Samsung account on all 3 devices (buds/phone/laptop) and being successfully paired to one another, the Auto switch wasn't working despite the Auto switch being toggled on within the Buds4 Pro settings on my phone. I was having to manually connect/disconnect the bluetooth within each device whenever I wanted to switch the audio. Very frustrating of course.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/53048009"&gt;@Zona_0&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;wrote:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;4. The solution that appears to have fixed this issue for me was going to my S25+ phone and enabling the "Sync with Samsung Cloud" option under &lt;STRONG&gt;Settings &amp;gt; Connections &amp;gt; tap Bluetooth menu &amp;gt; tap Three Dots menu in upper right corner &amp;gt; select Advanced settings &amp;gt; toggle &lt;U&gt;on&lt;/U&gt; the "Sync with Samsung Cloud" option&lt;/STRONG&gt;. On my S25+, this option was default toggled off, thus it wasn't properly syncing the different Bluetooth connections across my Samsung phone and Samsung laptop with my buds.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once I toggled on this "Sync with Samsung Cloud" option setting in my phone, I then opened the "Galaxy Buds" app on my Samsung laptop. You'll need to download the app from the Microsoft Store if it isn't already installed on your computer. Make sure to then sign-in with your Samsung account credentials on the app. I then selected&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Manage connections &amp;gt; Auto switch Buds&lt;/STRONG&gt; and my Buds4 Pro finally appeared under the "Buds to switch to this computer" area. (Prior that area said "No buds connected to this computer" despite the buds being connected via Windows Settings bluetooth). From there, I toggled the Buds on and was finally fully synced between my buds/phone/laptop.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Again, this &lt;EM&gt;appears&lt;/EM&gt; to have solved the problem between my S25+ and Book5 Pro, the Auto switch is now functioning as it should between these two devices. For example, if I'm watching a YouTube video on my laptop with my buds on but then get a call on my phone.. once I answer the call on my phone, the bluetooth audio will automatically switch to my phone. And then once I finish the call, the audio will automatically switch back to my laptop where the You Tube video will automatically resume playing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I do not own a Samsung watch, Samsung tablet, or Samsung TV, so I can't test whether this solution will work for those other Samsung devices, but I imagine it &lt;EM&gt;should&lt;/EM&gt; just as long as you're signed into your Samsung account on all Samsung devices &lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;U&gt;and&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt; your Bluetooth is synced with the Samsung Cloud setting on your phone via the process I described above.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Should the Auto switch stop working between my Samsung devices at some point, I'll post again to this thread.
