      <title>Buds 4 pro Syncing Issues</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Galaxy Buds4 Pro right earbud not showing after changing ear tips&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hey everyone,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just got a new pair of &lt;STRONG&gt;Galaxy Buds4 Pro&lt;/STRONG&gt;, and I ran into a strange issue after switching the ear tips.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Before changing the tips, both earbuds were working completely fine. After I swapped them to a different size, the &lt;STRONG&gt;right earbud stopped syncing&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now in the &lt;STRONG&gt;Galaxy Wearable app&lt;/STRONG&gt;, it only shows the &lt;STRONG&gt;left earbud and the case&lt;/STRONG&gt;. The &lt;STRONG&gt;right earbud doesn’t appear at all&lt;/STRONG&gt; anymore.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;The &lt;STRONG&gt;case doesn’t seem to detect the right earbud anymore&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;I &lt;STRONG&gt;can’t use swipe/touch gestures on the right bud&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;It’s basically like the right earbud is dead or not connecting&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Things I already tried:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Resetting the buds in the Wearable app&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Putting both buds back in the case and closing it for a while&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Charging the case and buds fully&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Reconnecting Bluetooth&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone had this happen before or found a fix? It literally started right after I changed the ear tips. I have only had the buds 4 pro for only 6 days.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Phone: Galaxy S24 Ultra&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>The only suggestions I can think of is is to go to settings, apps, type in the search box, Buds Manager, open the info page, go to storage and clear cache. If that doesn't work, go back to the Buds Manager info page and clear data, then open the case again and repair them.</description>

&lt;P dir="auto" style="margin: 0;"&gt;I see in your post the troubleshooting you have attempted with no success. I have a question for you. You mentioned that you changed the tips and then this issue began. Have you tried changing the tip back and seeing if the problem is still present? I did not see that listed in what you have tried.&amp;nbsp; I am trying to determine where the problem may be.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
