I pre-ordered on February 25, 2026 Buds4 Pro and the clip case with carabiner in black. My Buds4 Pro were delivered about 3 weeks later and my clip case was "on backorder". If you go on any European or Asian Samsung websites, they pretty much have most of them if not all the clip cases plus more other choices in stock.</SPAN><DIV><SPAN>What is frustrating and disappointing is that I pre-ordered the Buds4 Pro and clip case so why was the clip case not is stock and on backorder? Samsung should have had enough cases in stock to cover all the pre-orders at the least. I contacted Samsung customer service a couple of times, asking when my clip case will be delivered after all I did pay for it with the Buds4 Pro, it wasn't like it was a free incentive like when I purchased the Buds3 Pro last year. So customer service really doesn't know when they will be in stock or shipped out.&nbsp;</SPAN></DIV><DIV><SPAN>Thank you Samsung for no real answer to when I will receive it or even get my some money off of the already overpriced clip case. It is probably of better quality too.<BR /><BR />It is made by Ringke. It is the after market case that has built-in magnets.
