      <title>Buds 3 pro left bud not working</title>

      <description>&lt;SPAN&gt;I've literally&amp;nbsp;tried everything to fix this issue to no a avail. The phone does not see the left ear buds. These buds are in great condition&amp;nbsp;and barely a year old. I have 4 other pairs of headphones&amp;nbsp;never have I had a set break after a year . Samsung wants 177$ repair fee for faulty&amp;nbsp;software&amp;nbsp;buggy headphones. That is unreal to me. Why would I ever buy a 200 plus dollar pair of buds again from them . Why do people still? One year and not covered in perfect&amp;nbsp;condition? Insane. Do not buy these what ever u do.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;</description>

      <description>Have you tried resetting the earbuds? Do you get a percentage of charge displayed on your phone for the left earbud? If not, you should try cleaning the charging contacts on the bottom of the left earbud and the mating contacts in the charging case and see if the left earbud starts charging and reappears on your phone.</description>

      <description>Tried all of that. Cleaned thoroughly with isopropyl alcohol and resetting multiple times. There is no display for that bud at all. I appreciate your suggestions. Im just so disappointed right now.</description>

      <description>Have you run the diagnostics for the earbuds? This would be the thing to do before submitting feedback in the Support area here in the Members app about your problem.</description>

      <description>It sounds like you need to take your earbuds into one of Samsung's service centers for inspection where they can test and repair the problem.</description>

      <description>177$ price tag on web site. Apparently 12 month manufacturers Warrenty on earbuds and im just out side that.</description>
