Samsung Cloud only deals with native Samsung apps. I can't imagine you'd be able to load any of those apps (now system apps on Samsung devices). I could be wrong, but don't believe I am.

Hi, I recently switched phones. I have always used Samsung Galaxy devices. I can still login to my accounts but can no longer view my backups on my new phone. Is there a way I can download my text messages on my new none galaxy phone or view them online without my old device that broke? New phone is a revvl 6 and I have dropbox, Google 1, drive, and Samsung cloud. I see I have text on cloud but it does nothing when I click it from my phone browser.

By any chance did you have your text messages saved on your sim card if you were using one with the device? That could play a factor as to why you can't retrieve them
