"Samsung Health Monitor" App is missing from the Galaxy Store

I had to remove it from my phone and when I went to reinstall, I can't find it! It should be in the Galaxy Store based on Samsung Tech Support and this Samsung Web Page: https://www.samsung.com/us/apps/samsung-health-monitor/

Some apps are not searchable directly in Galaxy Store.

Thanks for this, took me right to the app! I think it's bizarre that I couldn't search it and Samsung Support couldn't provide this link to me yesterday.
