Samsung Care + How to file a complaint?

I'd like to file a complaint against Samsung Care+. They have been absolutely horrible. Does anyone know how to do this without calling the claim number?

You can call Samsung Customer Service +1-800-726-7864 or speak with a Customer service Agent online on the website

I have had a really hard time with chat today. The link has been unresponsive. I will try this number though!
