      <title>Smarthings Hub V3 hard reset fail.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just brought the smartthings hub v3 and set it up. All good until it had issues connecting to some of my devices. Decided to perform a factory reset, following the instructions online. When it reset, the LED on the front remains blue and cannot connect to the app.&lt;BR /&gt;Tried the factory reset again, no luck. Any idea what I have done to it and how to get it working again?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
