A handfull of apps wont upgrade

I'm going crazy trying to get a handful of apps to upgrade. 85% of my apps do upgrade, but what's left is about 10 or 12 that won't. They seem to be mostly the basic Google apps

Maps, drive, wallet, pay, and Samsung apps to.

I've cleaned up my storage and have 6gig on internal and 5 gig on external.

Any thoughts on what's going on?

If they have an update, they will update if they are no updates available. They won't update and from your screenshot those apps don't need to be updated

@Ravendaleloser Another thing to keep in mind is that Google Play updates apps once every 24 hours. So when you check you will probably see apps which are queued to be updated but which have not been updated... yet.
