Issue with Corporate Account

Hello,

We have a corporate account with Samsung. I had previously purchased something. I wasn't infront of my computer and tried using my personal phone to access the website. I did google search and entered this site.

They asked for my work email to send OTP. I didn't think too much into it, and entered the OTP.

I hindsight the email looks suss with just the OTP and doesn't format correctly.

Have I been scammed and put my organization at risk?
