For a company like Samsung with the financial and people resources to which it has access, it is completely unacceptable that our health-related information like workout statistics, blood pressure, even food journal are not available anywhere but on our smartphone.

What's more, even using the suggested solution of only use our smartphone, the section of the app to view past workouts is buggy and only gets you there after repeated attempts at tapping on a very small link/button.

And let's not even mention the need to download this information for medical analysis.

Common, Samsung, either us users are missing something or you guys need to divert some of your focus from product sales real customer support!
