    <description>&lt;P&gt;It does not start as soon as you lay down. It starts when it detects your heart rate to be low enough to be considered asleep. You can check the health app when you are done relaxing and when you are going to sleep for real to see if anything got recorded and delete any erroneous data.&amp;nbsp; You can also take your watch off while relaxing and then put it on when you are ready to actually sleep.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
