topic Address is NULL on repair ticket email; is this normal? in Samsung Apps and Services

I ordered a mail-in repair to send my phone to a service center, and when I received an email confirming in the ticket, it had my address listed as NULL. Is this just a sort of identity safety precaution or was my address inputted incorrectly? I would call Samsung report, but my phone is dead until they fix it, and there doesn't appear to be an email option. Thanks.
