Samsung care/Knox security sign up

Hi! I purchased Samsung care for my phone I bought a month ago. I got an email saying I'm covered but in the"contract" it says I have to sign up for Knox security o within 30 days or coverage is void. I can not find a way to sign up. The website is only for employees of cell phone companies. Please help me.

I just talked to them and was told I 100% do not have to do it. But I'm still worried about it. I think I'll go to where I get my phones and service from and check with them. This has taken me hours to get to this point. Lol

Normally you only have to do the Knox if you purchased Samsung care + with theft

Update: I just got an email from Samsung telling me I do have to sign up. 😮

Thats strange I've never had to have Knox security normally thats only if you purchase the care+ with Theft and I've been using it for over 5 years now. I would care back and try to find out why and the steps to do it.

I'm going to try again tomorrow. So annoyed. I'm like 99% sure I have to have it.
