I would not put any app with its own secure lock in the secure folder. There is no reason to. Password managers, by their very nature, are secure and you have to unlock it with your password or fingerprint. Maybe not so much Samsung Pass, as it unlocks when you are logged into your Samsung account. How many people are accessing your phone to use your Samsung pass? Do you keep your phone unlocked and unattended at work so anyone can access it? I use Roboform and I have to use my fingerprint every time I want to log into a site, because I set the app unlock to time out after a certain amount of time. I can choose "never", but I choose not to. The secure folder is primarily meant to secure apps that do not have their own security that you do not want others to gain access to either by design or accident - like an Excel spreadsheet containing sensitive data (although I believe there's a mechanism to secure lock a workbook), or to place things in if you choose not to have a security lock on your phone at all.
