I dont think samsung themselves sell cloud subscriptions, they usually outsource to Google or Microsoft. Meaning, you likely need to unsubscribe from Google drive or Microsoft ondrive from their respective apps or websites. The apps may have been preinstalled.

I would imagine if you go to your Samsung cloud, there would be someplace to cancel your subscription. Make sure that you download any important files before you do, or you will no longer have access to them.

Hello Atousa, Welcome to the Community. We understand wanting to cancel your subscription.

Samsung ended the subscription cloud services in 2021. The Samsung Cloud provides 15 GB of free storage. You can use the following links to learn more about Samsung Cloud:

Samsung Cloud

Back up and restore data or files on your Galaxy phone

Access your device backups in Samsung Cloud

As @djw9281nd2 mentioned, the subscription is most likely with either Google or Microsoft OneDrive
