    <description>First, go into your TV's settings and ho to connection settings and allow remote turn-on. you do not want to use a smart plug (as when you shut the smart plug off, the TV loses connection), plug your TV into a regular outlet, turn it on, and then enable that setting on your TV. You will then be able to set up desired options using SmartThings.</description>
