Medications on samsung health app not there

Hi why is the medications feature not available, I've followed all the steps of clicking the 3 dots, edit home ect but it just isn't there as an option ? Will this be available in the UK as it's a really helpful feature for millions of people. Come on samsung get it together and add it on please 🙏
