    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello All,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I own over 22 cameras of these "SNH-V6410PN smartcam" and feel so unfair and un ethical of Samsung camera service and app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been having issue till last couple of months, all of sudden cant access and all camera has solid Blue LED light front of camera.&amp;nbsp; While googling find this as surprize.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It makes senses they No longer support hardware or software, does not mean they can shut down access to all cameras, I wonder how many customers have this issue, and how many cameras are/were sold by Samsung and don't have access or cannot use now, this is very unethical practice from Samsung.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We all have to look into legal case against this unfair market legal action&lt;BR /&gt;let's continue to chat this and find the way to get access,&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;RJ&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
