With Ui 7 if you swipe down on the top left it shows notifications. Top right is settings. This sucks if you use your phone with one hand. You can change it by swiping down on the to right to pull down settings, hit the little pen next to the power button to edit the settings, hit 'panel settings' (top left), then change the setting from 'seperate' to 'together'. After that it'll be the same as it use to be with settings at the top and notifications below them no matter where you swipe.
