They blame samsung and say there's nothing they can do. But they would be happy for me to pay off my device and upgrade. Also tell me to tell samsung to do an out kf warranty replacement. Samsung laughs and blames Google and says they can't fix it but for a fee I can mail them my phone and they'll fix it. Can't even get in touch with Google.
