      <description>&lt;SPAN&gt;I require assistance canceling my VIP Advantage subscription.&amp;nbsp;Since activation, I have experienced persistent issues; the service is not reflected in my account, and I am unable to cancel it through Samsung's channels.&amp;nbsp;Despite numerous calls to Samsung, I have been repeatedly transferred between departments without resolution.&amp;nbsp;Cancellation before the end of the month is imperative to prevent further charges.&lt;/SPAN&gt;</description>
