Turns on GPS for apps I designate or Bluetooth connections such as my car
Turns off GPS when conditions not met.
Limits system apps background usage.
Nice battery savings

Yo I'm certified in Linux I'm on a couple developer platforms and certified in some cybersecurity and no you do not want to leave it on all the time I don't care what anybody says if you look up basic cyber security on any website about location they will agree with me. That's something that Google and everyone started to make it more convenient for their apps and not worrying about people's safety..... Those same apps and services will still sync and still work without your primary location being out in the wide open....
