SmartThings turning on lights randomly

ST is turning on lights randomly for no reason? I've used Smartthings for years with Alexa they are all lights with Z wave switches it makes zero sense & no trouble shooting fixes this ?

Need help or a contact EMAIL to ST I'm disabled, calls not an easy option

Not Amazon issue as I have Alexa completely disabled wiped unplug & its occurred.

Also Ring Cameras within routines are have been nor working correctly

Example Ring Floodlight cam Pro detects Motion Cameras lights turn on records but having that trigger additional ST Lights to turn on does not always work. I've tried with Having Ring connected to smartthings & only connected to Alexa. Either way this occurs.

Can have RING in Both Alexa and ST but then you see duplicates

Multiple people have mentioned Alexa, is there common or Infrequent issues adding ST to Alexa?

Why can't their their be 1 Main system or HUB for everything ?
