    <description>Thank you. I had to delete the app data. But luckily, the cards were saved from my Samsung cloud. The issue is resolved.</description>

      <description>&lt;SPAN&gt;Recently, I was trying to access my Samsung Pass. But when I open the Samsung Wallet app (which has the Samsung Pass), it just closes.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Is the app up to date?&amp;nbsp; Try clearing the wallet app's cache.&amp;nbsp; If that does not help, try clearing the phone's cache partition. If that does not help,&amp;nbsp; clear the app data, as this will reset the app.&amp;nbsp; You may have to re-enter any cards you currently have in the wallet.&amp;nbsp; Your pass data will not be affected, as it is stored in the cloud.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How to clear cache through Recovery Mode:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Power off your phone. Hold Power and vol up buttons until Samsung Logo appears&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Let go of both buttons when you see the Samsung Logo appear on screen. There will be a delay while it enters recovery mode.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. Use the volume buttons to navigate through recovery menu options and highlight “Wipe Cache Partition.” Press power button to select this option . Confirm by navigating to the yes response and tapping the power button to select.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5. When wiping cache partition is complete, "reboot system now" should be highlighted; press power key to select it . The phone will reboot as normal.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
