      <description>If you go to your profile and delete your payment method or modify your card number with a couple of erroneous or transposed digits it will usually prompt you to update your payment method signed with a direct contact number.... It will likely get you to your account manager and therefore saving some time.... I've tried this before on a different product after I got tangled in the convoluted process of canceling a series similar to your situation.... Hope this helps....       <description>You want to go to settings...then general...from there select system manager and there you should be able to select Samsung Account...good luck!!</description>
