    <description>&lt;P&gt;You have T-Mobile, are you using their updated app?&amp;nbsp; That does not look like T-Mobile's current VVM app.&amp;nbsp; Is your phone a T-Mobile branded phone and has the VVM app embedded in the dialer?&amp;nbsp; if it's not embedded, try downloading the latest version from the Play store.&amp;nbsp; Also, persistent voicemail notifications have been a minor issue for some people over the last couple of years (I say minor, because not a lot of people have reported it).&amp;nbsp; I had T-Mobile reset my voice mailbox several times until it was fixed.&amp;nbsp; In any case, all things related to voicemail are a carrier issue and they should be your point of contact.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
