    <description>This is a known issue. It happens because most times when we are relaxed and still, doing something like watching TV, our vitals lower and the watch thinks we are in a sleep state. I have gotten ino the habit of checking the app after a long period of not doing anything and then deleting any extra sleep sessions. I also check just before bed, as the only time you can edit sleep is the same day it was recorded. It also doesn't incorporate the extra sessions into your scores, even though it counts the time.</description>
