I bought a pack of 4 smarttags. Initially, I configured 3 of them, and travelled to my hometown, but forgot one of the tags home. While there, I gave 2 of my tags to my in-laws. To do that, I removed two of the tags in my account, leaving just one in my account. I could still track the remaining tag from my account on my way back home.

Today, I went to configure the remaining tag. I couldn't make it connect to my phone, so I found instructions on how to reset it (removing battery). When I added it to my account, I noticed that the other tag had disappeared.

I first thought that I had removed it by mistake, but when I went to add it back, it says that it's already linked to another account. I don't understand because it should be linked to my own account (and it was until this morning). What can I do?

Noted: The post closest to my problem seems to be the following one, but not only it seems slightly different of my case, there's no offered solution, hence me posting this here. https://community.smartthings.com/t/unable-to-see-smarttag2-in-smartthings-find-app/277224
