If you have an unrecognized account on your reset page, you should just be able to delete that account from your phone in accounts and backup, manage accounts. Are you seeing that com.android.camerasaver app in your file manager? Because it would not be in your apps list, and it still does not make it a system app. There is no native app called camera saver. You should be able to delete that file from your file manager.

You said you are seeing an unrecognized account on your phone. This could indicate that you have been hacked or compromised.

Let's review -

1. You have a strange account on your phone

2. You have two apps that do not belong there that are draining your battery. It seems like those two apps can be used to spy on you (camera) and utilize your mobile data remotely.

Options -

1. If you cannot uninstall the apps, delete the com files from your file manager.

2. Make sure the actual, real, setting for auto hotspot is turned off.

3. Remove the unknown account from your phone.

4. Secure your own accounts with a new password from a device other than your current one.

5. Reset your phone and start your setup from scratch - do not restore a backup. Make sure your personal data is moved to a flash drive or computer prior to resetting so you do not lose it.
