Samsung TV Plus is a mess in multiple area. One area frustrating for me is being able to use the back button. The back button on the remote works great on all NON Samsung TV Plus channels. When they did the upgrade to tv plus it changed things. Why do companies change things not broken! If you are going to add new features don't break the old ones. I am very disappointed in Samsung to say the least. Hopefully someday they will fix this issue. When I asked about it they blamed SmartThings. That is not the problem.

Good luck resolving your problem.

A specific channel is not showing on my Samsung tv plus line up on only one tv. Other tvs I can watch the channel. I tried auto scan channels, unplugging tv for 60 seconds, and updating with latest firmware update. I’m at a lost. Does anyone have any other suggestions?

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, MikeAS20. This is definitely odd to hear that your TV Plus is not pulling up a certain channel. Has it always been like that, or did it change after an update? It is possible the age of the TV could have something to do with it. Some channels may not be available on older TV models. Try the troubleshooting steps in the order listed below.
1) Reset Smart Hub: Go to Settings > Support > Self Diagnosis and select Reset Smart Hub. You may need to sign back into your Samsung account.
2) Restart the TV: Unplug the TV from the power outlet for about 30 seconds and then plug it back in.
3) Factory reset the TV: This is a last resort as it will erase all your settings and apps. Go to Settings > General > Reset.
After trying each step, make sure to Scan For Channels again. If you are still experiencing issues with this channel. You can always shoot us a private message by using the link below.
Private Message: https://bit.ly/3hzZfw8

You are confusung the 2 msgs. My problem is the back button not working on SamsungTV Plus channels. On NON Samsung TV Plus channels it works perfectly. This problem has going on for a long time. It is a Samsung TV Plus problem for sure.
