    <description>&lt;P&gt;What do you think "honored contributor" means?&amp;nbsp; If you haven't figured it out yet, Samsung Members app creates and arbitrary "ranking" system.&amp;nbsp; As a user adds more comments, creates posts, helps others, their "rank" goes up.&amp;nbsp; The titles really mean nothing except to show other users how long someone has been around.&amp;nbsp; It grants no special privileges, and implies no official ties to Samsung.&amp;nbsp; An "honored contributor" may add whatever commentary they want, just like any other user.&amp;nbsp; Don't like the comment? Scroll on by.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
