    <description>&lt;P dir="auto" style="margin: 0;"&gt;Thank you for bringing this to our attention, MikeAS20. This is definitely odd to hear that your TV Plus is not pulling up a certain channel. Has it always been like that, or did it change after an update? It is possible the age of the TV could have something to do with it. Some channels may not be available on older TV models. Try the troubleshooting steps in the order listed below. &lt;BR /&gt;1) Reset Smart Hub: Go to Settings &amp;gt; Support &amp;gt; Self Diagnosis and select Reset Smart Hub. You may need to sign back into your Samsung account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;2) Restart the TV: Unplug the TV from the power outlet for about 30 seconds and then plug it back in.&lt;BR /&gt;3) Factory reset the TV: This is a last resort as it will erase all your settings and apps. Go to Settings &amp;gt; General &amp;gt; Reset.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;After trying each step, make sure to Scan For Channels again. If you are still experiencing issues with this channel.
