    <description>If a Samsung app is experiencing an issue, and you are unable to resolve it by following the steps outlined in the post, then it is Samsung's responsibility to fix it.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I recommend sending an error report to samsung to make them aware of the issue and temporarily switching to another email app until your issue is resolved.</description>
