Samsung Keyboard still can't insert punctuations, emoji's, start a new paragraph, it can't do commands such as send, replace words, it can't do anything really productive. The only thing it can do well is use Ai to rewrite in different styles, grammer and spell check. None of the Ai writing can be done on device, it is all cloud based. That would require more RAM, we all know Samsung will only give 1 TB models 16gb of RAM.
