    <description>Thanks for the suggestion! I put an error report in yesterday and they responded that I need to call for support. I called today and had a phone call of debugging, with no fix.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It is frustrating they won't acknowledge an issue and keep pointing fingers at each other - account setup vs device settings.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have been using Google's find hub, but is annoying when Google, afaik, has no good way of sharing functionality to ring a lost phone between accounts. Don't ask me why someone in my family misplaces their phone so much &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":face_with_tears_of_joy:"&gt;😂&lt;/span&gt;</description>
