    <description>&lt;SPAN&gt;Last night, I was setting up my daughter's watch and needed to create a child Samsung account for her. As part of this process, you are required to verify the CVV code of one of your credit cards on file. I believe the card that I had on file must have been the expired version of the card I had&amp;nbsp;in my wallet because it kept telling me my information was wrong. After 3 failed attempts I now just get the error message below. This also happens when I try to make purchases in the galaxy app store or manage my Samsung account payment methods under system settings. I have tried both chat and phone support with Samsung, but no one has been any help.
