No no my e mail. I don't have a cloud account. So I am assuming i've been hacked, if I open it?

Don't open it. If you do, don't click on any links. Report it as spam and delete it if the reporting doesn't automatically get rid of it.

EDIT: I've been getting a lot of iCloud account suspension spam lately. I don't have an iCloud account.

Those are phishing emails I been getting alot of those last week or so don't click any link

I put that email in on FB search. It came rigjt up & I got it blocked. I hope that will take care of that 🤞

No problem. Unsolicited emails with a sense of urgency are classic phishing attempts.

It's spam as @Mujibar and @meself indicated.
I have been receiving them periodically. I don't have a icloud account either.

Never, ever, open anything that says ACCOUNT SUSPENSION. You can always click where it days DETAILS in an Email to get through full email address from the sender.

I always report any of those kind of emails to the company that are falsely claiming to represent.
