Need to turn off Samsung Health Meal Reminders

Please help. I turned on meal reminders in Samsung health and I CANNOT turn them off. I even called Samsung support and they couldn't fix it. Sounds easy but it is not. I also need to turn off the reminders to drink water.

I believe I turned these on via a popup asking if I want reminders. So I am not aware of a setting.

@royb9999 For the Food reminder, try this:

Open Samsung Health
Click on the Food item
Click the 3 dots in upper right
Click on Set target
Turn off "Get reminders to log food"

For water, it is similar:

Open Samsung Health
Click on the Water item
Click the 3 dots in upper right
Click on Set target
Turn off "Get reminders to drink water"

Make sure notification categories are turned on in your settings. Settings/notifications/advanced settings/manage notification categories for all apps. Then go to your apps list, select the health app, go to notifications, then tap on notification categories and turn off the notifications for the food category.

You can also tap on the food tile in the health app then tap the dot menu, select "set target" and at the bottom of the screen turn off the slider "get reminders to log food".
