Bad wifi and even worse tizen

Why am I having so many problems with this tizen tv operating system? It's horrible... Limited apps, constantly freezing an going back to main menu, WiFi is VERY slow(only device in my house that's this slow).... Constantly loses connection... All known issues so why not fix it? Or better yet, discontinue it completely.. it's by far THE WORST operating system for a TV that I've ever seen... Made me decide to never buy another Samsung TV... I bought 2 TVs since this one, I made sure that neither was a Samsung product👍

I know exactly what you're talking about. Must be either an older or cheap TV. TizenOS is a very terrible OS, on cheaper/older devices. I just recently got ahold of a 2025 AMOLED TV and TizenOS is actually really really nice and completely different from my 5+ year older $300-$500 LED TV.
