Calculator app needs update!

On the calculator app, can we have new features on "unit converter" for currency exchange rate from other countries? I feel like it would be so much helpful when traveling abroad.

Likely not going to happen due to market fluctuations of exchange rates. They would have to program a hook to a site that would update that information. The unit conversion formula for measurements does not change. As others have pointed out, there are currency conversion websites - there are quite a few apps in the Play store that do this. I use these two calculator apps. I didn't get them specifically for the currency feature, but each has quite a long list of available currencies to choose from.

There are also a lot of apps on the Play Store that do only currency conversions.

In case you have not noticed, you don't have an Apple phone, and Apple made the decision to include it. If this feature is important to you, there are many currency coverter apps you can download. Samsung does not have to, nor should they, include every conceivable feature people can think of in their native apps. That's why the Play store and Galaxy store exists.

I agree. There may be apps on the Play Store that can handle currency conversion, but that misses the point. Samsung could simply enhance the calculator and include that feature. Why add another app that takes up storage when the phone itself can do it? Mobile companies constantly improve their features to make things more convenient for users, so suggesting an improvement shouldn’t be treated as something negative.
