      <description>&lt;SPAN&gt;This has been an ongoing problem with Samsung for years, incomplete changelogs!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;With the February security patch wiping cache partition in the recovery menu has been removed. Why was this not included in the changelog front and center? It should have been. It shouldn't be put on the backs of community members to inform users of the changes Samsung has made to their OS.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Do better, be better!&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>I thought something had crashed on mine as well. It's my routine to clear cache after every update. And I was like "where is it at?". Wondering if I had did something wrong.</description>
