&lt;P dir="auto" style="margin: 0;"&gt;Settings &amp;gt; Apps &amp;gt; Android System WebView &amp;gt; Uninstall updates, then update again in Play Store&lt;BR /&gt;Repeat for Chrome&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>my phone was factory reset and everything for unrelated reasons and i've tried everything it said to do, but the issues still persist. i've reported these and other errors / concerns in error reports. this has been an ongoing issue for years, i doubt there is any fix unfortunately.</description>
