    <description>&lt;P&gt;I wish the team that worked on the severe Secure Folder bug (apps in secure folder unable to open or save files in the secure folder) caused by the One UI 8.0 update were as speedy. It took almost six months to have it fixed despite repeated requests.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, I am glad that at least some within Samsung are helpful. Hope the secure folder team takes some training from the Good Lock team.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>A shout out to the Goodlock Team</title>

      <description>&lt;SPAN&gt;On 3/15, I submitted feedback that the routines+ module feature to enable the routine function of changing between button and swipe navigation was broken as it only contained the option to toggle between swipe and swipe, rather than swipe and button.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;On 3/18, today, I updated goodlock routines+ and the problem was solved, and I can now have buttons on my Flip 7 cover screen and swipe gestures on the internal screen.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I give samsung a lot of criticism, especially recently, because I disagree with a lot of recent choices and policies (angry pointing at the bluetoothless S-Pen), but this is a great demonstration as to why I'm still brand loyal to samsung. Goodlock is the best software suite on any mobile brand and the incredibly fast response time from the team is virtually unmatched by anyone else in the industry. The software experience and capability is simply unparalleled.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Pay the good lock team more, thank you for supporting goodlock so well and please please please please please please please dont mess it up.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>Agreed, as soon I report major bugs in any of their modules either through feedback or directly reaching out via email, it gets fixed sooner rather than later.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;They also routinely have implemented some of the requests that I have made in each and every Beta that I have participated in.</description>
