    <description>When I was trying to factory reset the s25, it said "network error". When I go into the shop app or the galaxy store, it says "sign in failed". If I go into the account settings it says "process failed"</description>

      <description>&lt;SPAN&gt;Having problems with signing into Samsung account for anything. Can't get into shop app, galaxy store can't manage account in settings. This is happening across ALL my devices. Went to factory reset my s25 to trade in and I couldn't. Had to go to ifixit and they did something and got them all working again. Now the problem is back. Any help?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;</description>
