Yeah, you need a VPN set to a U.S. server in order to use certain apps outside the U.S. when you are traveling. There's a free one I use when traveling called secure VPN in the Play Store. https://play.google.com/store/search?q=secure%20vpn&c=apps It defaults to a U.S. server on the free version, which is all I need. The full version gives you server options. You actually should use a VPN for security anyway when traveling.
